A: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover credit cards are accepted through my secure checkout .    

Q: What shipping method do you use?  Do you ship internationally? 
A: I mail all of my orders via USPS. See my Shipping & Returns page for more details.  And yes, I am pleased to offer internation shipping!  International orders are mailed via USPS First Class International Mail.  

Q:  I am a retail store owner and am interested in carrying your stamps in my store.  How do I sign-up for a Wholesale account?
A:  Retail stores may create an account by visiting the Account section at the top of the screen.  Create a new customer account including your store information as requested on the site.  Upon receiving your satisfactory account information, your account will be upgraded to Wholesale status and you will notified via email. (Please use the Contact section to notify me of your creating an account if you do not hear back from me within 48 hours) **At present, resale of the Belles 'n Whistles line of stamps is limited to International stores/webstores and brick & mortar shops within the United States.  No internet sales within the U.S. will be permitted other than through this Belles 'n Whistles site.**
